Deck house was a total remodel. We rebuilt the entire envelope, made it a passive solar design, upgraded its mechanical system to a ground source heat pump + ERV, redid every finish and system, and reconfigured the floor plan. It’s listed for sale by Slifer. Smith & Frampton.
