Farewell to Kath D’Souza

For the past eight years, our Office Manager, Kath D’Souza, has been a magical part of the Rodwin & Skycastle team.

If you’ve ever called our office, stopped by the front desk, or exchanged even a few emails with Kath, you already know what we mean: she brought an uncommon blend of grace, warmth, and professionalism to every interaction. She had a way of making people feel immediately cared for—calm, informed, and genuinely welcomed.

Kath has often been described as our “office mom” and our Mary Poppins—and honestly, it fits. She made the day-to-day feel effortless, even when the work behind the scenes was anything but.

Over the years, Kath became known for:

  • Steady, reassuring communication that helped clients feel confident and supported
  • Flawless scheduling and organization, keeping countless moving parts aligned
  • Thoughtful touches—the kind that let everyone know that we see and care about them
  • Strong relationships with vendors and partners, built on respect and follow-through

But beyond the tasks (and the talent), Kath’s true legacy is bigger: she helped create the culture people feel when they work with us and for us.

Kath is now stepping into early retirement—off to gallivant around the world and enjoy a new season of freedom, adventure, and rest.

We’re thrilled for her, and we’ll miss her terribly, but she’ll always remain part of our story and firm culture - you’ll continue to see her as the welcoming face on our Skycastle Process page, captured in the photos that reflect the experience she helped shape.

Kath set a high standard for what it means to deliver a five-star experience: clear communication, genuine care, and a sense of calm competence. That standard isn’t going anywhere.

As always, our team remains committed to providing the same thoughtful, responsive support—because the way we care for people is just as important as what we build.

Kath, thank you for the heart you brought to this company, and for the culture you helped shape. We’re better because of you, and we wish you the very best in everything ahead.
