Midtown Cohousing
24-unit affordable and mixed income co-housing project on a compact urban infill site. The project employed a Neo-Victorian style that matched the context of its historic neighborhood. The project included a 2,000 s.f. common house, generous common decks and gazebos, a central landscaped plaza, and a grand fountain. Midtown included energy efficient green design throughout and balanced that with very cost conscious construction.
