Rockton Software
The Rockton Building is proposed as a 21,000 square foot, three story infill project for historic Downton Erie, housing two existing anchor tenants in the new building, Rockton Software and Miners Tavern and Restaurant. A new bakery and coffee shop will open on the ground floor, with office spaces on the upper two floors. Entitlement work will continue through 2021.
