The Reserve Poolhouse
The Reserve Poolhouse Project nestled among large, mature trees in a quiet Boulder neighborhood aims to provide members with a high-end refresh to their current recreational facility. The “gem” of a building is small but mighty, including rest and changing rooms, mechanical space, and storage space for the new pool which will feature two full-size lap lanes and a shallow shelf for restful lounging or toddler splashing. An oversized roof floating on a steel structure over the gem offers significant shade for afternoon pool goers, and amenities such as a firepit and barbeque area help to anchor the site in a sense of purpose and community.
